We want you to love your GitHub gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
